This local program aims to provide people of all ages with proactive support to reduce the cycle of homelessness. Personal barriers that have impacted on the individual are also assessed and worked on together for long term independent sustainability.

This program is available in Alpine, Wodonga, Indigo, Mansfield & Wangaratta.
