This local program enables young people to address their needs and develop independent living skills in a supported and coordinated manner. This occurs whilst supporting the young person to source safe affordable accommodation.

Available in Alpine, Mansfield & Wangaratta.

Anticipated Wait Times: 1-5 days.
Costs: No Costs associated
Targeted Cohorts Included: Youth, Homelessness
